Privacy notice
This notice explains how we use the information you give us when you join the SquadOS waitlist or apply to be a Founding Club.
Who we are
SquadOS is operated by TBC (company number TBC), registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number TBC. Address: TBC. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your first name and email address.
- Optional details about your role and club: position, club name, county, number of teams, whether you're interested in being a Founding Club, and how you heard about us.
- When you signed up and confirmed, the wording you agreed to, and basic campaign details (for example which link you came from).
We don't use cookies on this site. We don’t use analytics. Please don't give us information about children — we don't need it.
Why we use it
- To send you SquadOS launch updates, and to contact your club about the Founding Club programme if you asked us to. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To understand which kinds of clubs are interested, using combined figures only.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. A small number of service providers help us run the waitlist, and act only on our instructions:
- our hosting provider, whose servers are in the UK, for the website and the waitlist;
- Resend, to send our emails;
If any provider processes data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe, when we delete them straight away, or for 12 months after SquadOS launches if you don't become a customer, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Our encrypted backups keep a copy for up to 35 days, so anything we delete is gone from them too within 35 days.
If SquadOS moves to a new company
SquadOS may move into a company of its own. If it does, we'll email you before your details move, so you can unsubscribe first if you'd rather. The new company will use them only as this notice describes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
